Wayanad: A Wild Tapestry of Forests, Hills and Hidden Wonders
Welcome to Wayanad, the emerald crown of northern Kerala, where ancient hills cradle stories older than time, and every breath of wind carries the scent of rainforest, spice, and mystery. Tucked into the Western Ghats and the Deccan Plateau, a global biodiversity hotspot ranked among the top eight in the world, Wayanad is where nature still reigns supreme.
About The Villa
Our villa is part of a 75-year-old family home, built by traditional coffee planters in the rural heart of Central Wayanad. Set on a peaceful property surrounded by wetlands, drylands, and coffee estates, this is a place where nature and heritage come together.
The two-bedroom villa opens onto a verandah that faces a quiet pond and a grove of nutmeg trees. All around, you’ll find working coffee plantations that reflect the seasonal rhythm of life here. Guests can enjoy birdwatching, try their hand at fishing, or relax by a campfire in the evenings. From December to February, you’ll also get to see the coffee harvest and learn how the beans are traditionally processed on our farm. Built with clay tile roofing and wooden ceilings, the villa stays naturally cool, offering comfort in every season. If you’re looking for a stay that offers simplicity, warmth, and a deep connection to Wayanad’s landscape and way of life, our villa is the perfect place.
